Flora, the beautiful African elephant and former star of Circus Flora, was orphaned at two years old when her family was killed in a culling in Zimbabwe Africa. Her entire captive life was been spent traveling and performing with the Circus Flora troupe. Her human caregivers realized it was not good for her to be a solitary performing elephant anymore and retired her to the fantastic Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, Tennessee about two years ago. The Sanctuary is the nation's largest natural-habitat refuge developed specifically to meet the needs of endangered elephants. It is a non-profit organization, licensed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, designed specifically for old, sick or needy elephants who have been retired from zoos and circuses. Co-wrote, produced and performed on the single, "Buffy Come Back," which was a #1 KROQ Top Ten Request for five months. CD released 2006.

Wrote for, produced and fronted this original Swing Band for 10 years. Appeared on various TV shows, toured Japan twice and released an album which got good national airplay and charted in R&R.
THE NEW MISS ALICE STONE LADIES SOCIETY ORCHESTRA
Wrote for, arranged for and fronted this all woman's ragtime inspired band which was one of the first groups to release its own independent record in the early 1970's. Toured the West Coast and colleges extensively.
MYSTIC KNIGHTS OF THE OINGO BOINGO
Sang, played reeds and various percussion from 1974-1979 with this early, more theatrical version of OINGO BOINGO.
